We are a small bakery in Conwy that focus on producing bread the way it is supposed to be made.
Real bread can’t be made quick , it has to have time to develop.
Everything changes when the dough has had time , the texture , crust , flavour and keeping qualities.
All our breads have very small amount of yeast,
most breads today have five times too much yeast.
